PICO W5 RP2040 Dev Board

Description

Pico W5 is an advanced microcontroller based on the Raspberry Pi Pico W design, designed to provide developers with more powerful functions and a wider range of applications. It inherits the core features of the Raspberry Pi Pico, such as the official self-designed RP2040 microcontroller chip, up to 133MHz ARM Cortex M0+ dual-core processor, and 26 multi-function GPIO pins. At the same time, it has been significantly enhanced in terms of USB interface, Flash capacity and Bluetooth protocol performance. Pico W5's newly added Type-C interface and wireless connection function support 802.11a/b/g/n wireless protocol and 2.4GHz or 5GHz dual-band operation, as well as low-power Bluetooth and Bluetooth 5.0, making it an ideal choice for IoT projects, edge computing, education and DIY enthusiasts, low-cost and low-power embedded systems, and rapid prototyping.

Its appearance, pin definition and size are consistent with Raspberry Pi Pico, and it adopts stamp hole design to ensure compatibility with most Raspberry Pi Pico modules. At the same time, by providing a complete SDK and open source tutorials, it supports C/C++ and MicroPython programming languages. Whether professional developers, enthusiasts or students can quickly get started and embed Pico W5 into various innovative applications. This microcontroller not only expands the capabilities of Raspberry Pi Pico, but also opens up a new space of possibilities for developers. Whether your project is for advanced IoT application development, edge computing, STEM education or personal hobbies, Pico W5 can provide you with strong support and flexible solutions.
