Notice

1. Keep the sensor pad as close to the heart as possible.
2. Make sure the RA and LA sensor pads are on the correct sides of the heart.
3. Try not to move too much while measuring.
4. Try a new pad every time you take a measurement. These pads lose their ability to carry signals in a variety of applications.
5. Prepare and clean the area where you plan to apply the mat. This will help create a good connection (hair is not a good conductor).
