I have now received and just populated the 4th board of 5 that were sent for manufacture. Again, the silkscreen was as sharp as the other three boards with excellent general finish and quality. All the PCBs received so far have been assembled and tested. Solder flowed readily on all pads and I have had no issues with any through hole vias. Another excellent job!

Pros: 1. Keyboard, touchpad are recognized without any issues on Samsung S23 and Steam Deck 2. Battery capacity is good enough for the device, I am not sure how much it lasts, but I have used it for about 4 hours without turning it off. 3. Handy buttons for multimedia. Cons: 1. Slow charging for the connected device even when plugged it into the power . SteamDeck got uncharged at 100%, I connected a 100W charger on the USB-C on the left side hoping it would be enough but it didn't work. This is pretty much mandatory for me. 2. Mini HDMI display didn't work, I don't actually need it, but I would expected to have it working just in case, also I would expected to have a direct HDMI port instead (maybe what's failing is the connector and not the actual port) Extras: Now I feel like I need a touch screen when using it with mobile, it would be very handy to stop/play youtube or netflix just on touch, but this is not a real requirement until I started using it.

So glad I ordered a batch of pcbs from Elecrow. The design for this pcbs is super intricate. Because we're going for a mini-sized product, there's a ton of super precise drilling that has to be done. And because it's so small, the tolerance requirements are no joke. But the manufacturing is dead-on, no mistakes at all. After we put them through all kinds of tests, every single board is working like a charm. There aren't any glitches or strange issues.

I was always informed of the progress of my order, which made me feel reliable. Originally I was worried about the delay, but not only were they on time, they even came a day early.

I received my CrowPi-L today and was very impressed with the packaging and ease of setup. I unpacked the laptop and read the short instructions which had steps to install a Pi-4 but since my order was the deluxe it was already installed. I just turned it on and was able to access the learning right away. What a great package and idea!!!!

Highly professional assembly. whether it’s tiny parts or large, complex components—they’re all lined up just right. And the surface treatment is really good too,nice and even. Perform necessary functions normally. I am absolutely satisfied.

This was the final board of 5 sent out for manufacture. This time I used a 0.8mm laminate to reduce microstrip track widths. Just like the previous 4 PCBs the quality was excellent. Pads that take solder easily and 1mm silkscreen letters sharp without any bleed. All boards have been populated with no issues. Once my level-plan has been updated with the results there will be more PCBs to follow. Excellent PCBs!

Works better than I honestly expected. I already have a couple of bt keyboards from the maker so I had a general idea but this is a lot smoother than I was expecting. Note that I am just going to use it for text stuff so I have no idea about media. First boot keyboard wasn’t working, I sent a ticket to them but just as a test rebooted and it just worked… in case someone runs into this. Now for the negatives: Also, the keyboard backlight is yellowed out and uneven. Wish that wasn’t the case. it looks more pronounced in person than in the video below

This is the second production that Cristina has managed in the last 3 months and they have been excellent. I made a mistake with the BOM in the first design and Cristina fixed that for me. The second design (this one) was finished much quicker than expected and is currently working under test. T

I ordered some raspberry products and a monitor, everything is very clean and nice. All the products came with the necessary hardware such as wires or bolts and nuts to fix them to your project

Upon opening it and inspecting this, I was thrilled to find that everything was in pristine condition.

A few days on KICAD, and then a week or so at Elecrow and voila, I have a circuit board. This has been my fifth PCB order since learning about Elecrow. Quality has always been immaculate and turn around time is outstanding. I have never been so happy with a PCB house even when I was professionally employed doing this stuff.

It was really helpful that they were able to help me during the busy period before the Lunar New Year. This time I ordered a prototype of a circuit board and a 3D printed case. There were no problems with either. I'm really grateful that they always help me with prototypes at a low cost. I've introduced Elecrow's services to a friend from university.
