  • It includes the I2C/UART protocol bridge SC16IS740.
  • I2C is a Grove compatible connector, and supports 3.3V/5V power and communication.
  • The I2C/UART protocol bridge SC16IS740 has a built-in 64-byte buffer.
  • It includes a 7.3728MHz crystal oscillator, allowing you to set the UART baud rate independently of the microcontroller's main clock.
  • The default I2C address is 8bit: 0x9A (7bit: 0x4D).
