Feature

This adapter converts the I2C port of a microcontroller into a UART communication port.
It can be controlled as an I2C device from the microcontroller, and can set the UART baud rate, transmit, and receive.
It includes the I2C/UART protocol bridge SC16IS740.
I2C is a Grove compatible connector, and supports 3.3V/5V power and communication.
The I2C/UART protocol bridge SC16IS740 has a built-in 64-byte buffer.
It includes a 7.3728MHz crystal oscillator, allowing you to set the UART baud rate independently of the microcontroller's main clock.
The default I2C address is 8bit: 0x9A (7bit: 0x4D).
