I worked with Roy on an order of PCBs for a keyboard that I designed after another designer recommended him. From the very start, Roy was extremely helpful and responsive. It took several months for me to finalize the design and place my order but Roy was always ready to provide updated quotes and when the time came to order he got everything running on his side immediately. On top of that, the PCBs that Roy and his team delivered were perfect. The fact that they also flashed and tested every PCB was a huge time saver. I still ended up testing them all again because I had to update the firmware and every PCB worked perfectly.
