I ordered a Fleascope for a project and my local Post Office. I decided to classify the package as "undeliverable" after it made it from china, all the way to my town! In which case it now had to be sent all the way back to Elecrow in china!!! So I decided to send an email to elicro to see if anything could be done once it arrived back in their hands, to which miss Vivian it's promptly responded and immediately helped me get in touch with the international shipping company! I emailed them, and within literally, a few hours. I received a response, but they would basically try to intercept the return wherever it was and then redirect it back to my house!!! Well, I arrived home today from work, and there was sitting neely next to my front door!!! All parties involved did an outstanding job and I was thoroughly impressed and very much grateful. And very much appreciate everybody's help!!! I will absolutely be doing business with Elecrow again VERY soon!!! M.Z.
