I had a really big order of laser cut acrylic. My project was so big that it took me over a month to realize that there were some missing and defective pieces. I took pictures of the defective pieces and described the missing pieces. Customer service was fast and polite and I had my replacement pieces in no time! Thanks again and I'll totally use Elecrow in the future (probably after the trade war is done *sobbing*).
