Here is problem 1 i have not found or ask questions directly to the manufacturer. possibly a direct link from my order in order to ask a question. i ask the question here for want of anything better. problem 2 i have problems with the Acrylic Case concerning the fixing with the screws, I can not tighten correctly. on the one hand there is no indication for the screwdriver to use, with cross number X, possibly to be able to buy it, in order to avoid breaking the head of the screw. i think that a washer is missing. a screw with a point would be more appropriate so that it can make its way, this would be an idea. the product is very good.
