Compressed-Air Station HMI in Action

The demo shows a complete compressed-air station in operation. The HMI displays equipment status, process parameters, controls, alarms, and live trends.

All process data is generated by the built-in simulator. No PLC or external equipment is required to run the demo.

The user can:
  • Monitor the status of the entire station
  • View detailed data for individual compressors and other equipment
  • Switch between automatic and manual operating modes
  • Start and stop equipment
  • Inject a test sensor fault
  • Observe how an alarm appears
  • Follow changing process values on live trend charts
Live station behavior. The process keeps changing after startup: air demand varies automatically, compressors are dispatched as demand rises and stopped as it falls, while pressure, power, temperature, motor current, runtime, equipment states, trends, and alarms update continuously. Switch a compressor to manual mode for direct start/stop control, or inject a sensor fault to see how the abnormal condition appears across the HMI.
