What is Crowbits-RTC?

The abbreviation of the real-time clock is RTC. RTC is an integrated circuit, usually called a clock chip. The real-time clock chip is one of the most widely used consumer electronics products in daily life. It provides people with accurate real time or electronic systems with an accurate time reference. You can use it to make your own electronic watch.

How does it work?

Embedded with an accurate clock generate circuit timer, the current time can be accurately calculated for a long time. It can also send the current time to other devices in the form of a data grid through the IIC communication protocol.

How to use it?

Connect RTC module to IIC(A4,A5) port of UNO, open test program, and downloaded to the UNO plate. Open the serial port and check the current time.
